Overview & Highlights

Welcome to Restaurante KOBORI, a hidden gem nestled away from the hustle of downtown Lins, Brazil. Located on R. Jerônimo Rufato, this Japanese restaurant offers a tranquil and spacious setting, perfect for those who crave authentic flavors paired with a serene ambiance. With an emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction, KOBORI provides an outstanding experience that captures the spirit of Japanese cuisine.

Dive into a diverse menu that showcases traditional and contemporary dishes. Their sashimi, particularly the salmon, has received high praise from patrons like Eliana Markies for its quality and taste. While some connoisseurs mention that the fish is frozen rather than fresh, the flavor profile remains consistently delightful. The restaurant also features a range of unique portions, allowing diners to enjoy everything from full servings to smaller, more manageable sizes—ideal for sharing or sampling.

One of the highlights at KOBORI is the adored frango a passarinho, a fried chicken dish that has captured the hearts of customers such as Thiago Hirata. Its crispy exterior and juicy interior make it a must-try, proving why it has become a menu staple. The garlic chicken is another standout, favored for its rich and aromatic flavor, paired seamlessly with a cold beer—always chilled to perfection.

While the culinary experience shines, guests have noted that the ambiance contributes significantly to the overall visit. With a serene view of the city at night and a calm atmosphere, it’s an enjoyable retreat for families and friends. Regulars recommend arriving after 7 p.m. for a livelier experience, as the restaurant tends to be bustling with activity by then. However, it’s worth noting that the wait times for dishes can stretch to an hour during peak times. Yet, many agree that the delicious offerings justify the wait, making every minute spent worthwhile.

In conclusion, Restaurante KOBORI stands as a beacon of Japanese culinary tradition in Lins. With its outstanding menu, charming atmosphere, and attentive service, it's a destination worth exploring for anyone eager to indulge in delightful Japanese cuisine. So, whether you're a local or just passing through, make sure to stop by and enjoy a meal that promises satisfaction and serenity.
